Location was very convenient, as it was close to the city center and had easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and attentive, offering early check-in and free dinner for a mistake they made. the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom could use some renovation as it showed signs of wear and tear. There was no spare toilet paper and the absence of a phone made it difficult to contact reception.

Key location facts, efficient heater and high-pressure shower made the stay enjoyable. The adjoining convenience store and petrol added to the convenience. The space and lawn was quite lovely, fantastic in warmer weather.
Dated rooms, unattended reception, very basic eating utensils, and noisy neighbors made it a mixed experience. Despite the downsides, the location was convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager, Kelly, was very friendly and helpful, organising laundry and printing out emails for me. The rooms looked recently refurbished and were lovely and smart. The hotel had eco-friendly practices, with body wash and hand soap dispensers. It was located perfectly, close to the main highway and next to the mountain, which suited me as I was visiting family in this city.
Nothing not to love.
